When I started working in my dad's factory, I realized that I really needed to work hard to help him to stay in business. When I started there were more than a few places where profit loss was occurring, and I wanted to help make things right. I started by eliminating some of the wasteful spending and then worked hard on making sure that every aspect of the business was profitable.
